simple pasta recipe for busy nights

Sauté diced onion and chopped celery with italian seasoning.  Add any other vegetables you currently have in the fridge.  Add minced garlic and continue sauteing.  When the veggies are cooked, add a cup of Marinara Sauce (I love the one at Trader Joe’s)  and 1 cup of Creamy Alfredo sauce together, stir occasionally until the sauce thickens.  Boil the Penne according to the instructions on the box, add the left over bbq chicken to the sauce and add the sauce to the drained pasta.  Serve it with freshly grated Parmasan cheese, and few squeezes of fresh lemon, garlic bread and salad. Voila!  Simple pasta dish for a week night after work.  Note: I usually marinate the chicken with Yoshida sauce a day before and either bake in the oven for 40 minutes or bbq it.  Bonne appetite!
